You will need to use Thunderbolt 3 cable to connect between charger and Macbook, which can be a bit expensive if you want longer cable. Standard charging one supplied with Macbook will not support data transfer.

Hello guys, good job. I have one problem however in Smart mode - looks like app is silencing background about every 30 seconds with no real reason and in this period it's not passing through any outside noises. I experimented a bit with threshold but in this periods it's not noticing any sounds. Tested on macbook pro 2017. Otherwise very promising :)
