Hi Aneeq,
The moment things settled down, I got my team back in the office. The remote work was ok, but working from the office has a lot of advantages:
- No distractions
- Focused work
- Better collaboration
- Prompt interaction with the team
- Better work-life balance
and more

I think you as the founder should take care of Social Media. It will help you connect with the target market and listen to what they need.
Also, it will help you establish yourself as a thought leader or an authority in your niche.
You can use services like Curatora.io to help you save time in coming up with content to publish on a regular basis.

Be honest and original. I see a lot of people exaggerating things just to make it interesting.
The problem with this is that others who are struggling with their own product growth think they are not doing well.

Content marketing, guest blogging, influencer marketing, and advertising all sound good.
You can maybe add cold email outreach to the plan.
But don't keep high hopes for PH launch. Even if you get good upvotes, that doesn't translate into traffic and signups let alone conversion.
Focus on your plan and you should be good.

I'm in the same situation. So, I'm focusing on cold email-based sales to get started. The plan is to get some cash flow started to fund the performance marketing campaigns that can help grow the product.
Social is of course something that I'm still figuring out. It will happen eventually.
For someone who has 0 social media presence, what should you do when you want to launch a startup?

Well, never raised VC money. Being a bootstrapped startup, we think twice about spending our marketing budget.
I would say, take it slow, run just one or two experiments first, and based on the results you can scale up the spending.
When you first raised VC, what did you plan to spend it on and how did you actually spend it?

Honestly, the market seems to be overcrowded.
You need to find a differentiation. Or target a particular niche and do it really well for them.
Do you think it's a good time to launch a new AI content writer tool?

Maintenance services. I got a good idea in terms of managing a team for software maintenance services. Now if I had to do a real-world business, I think I can replicate the same model for electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.
Which offline product you could start now?

I take weekends off. Go out of the city on a farmhouse. Relax with my kids in the pool.

I was so focused and passionate about doing my own thing that it was easy for me to take the call. And since running my own startup was my passion I was able to sustain myself on a low monthly budget for a long time.
Besides this, I also had support and backup from my parents who believed in my dream.
