At my job we do yearly company trips and that allows us to really know each other more than any google meet meetings could accomplish since the first trip the whole team has gotten super close and we often joke around in the "random" channel on our discord (could be the same thing on slack). We also set up voice channels where we can hop on and do some virtual co-working and help each other out...

This is a solid idea. The whole “post a ticket, get instantly matched” system sounds like a way better flow than sifting through endless proposals. Definitely see this being a game-changer for busy teams and freelancers who just want to get work done.Congrats on the launch! 🚀 Any plans for expanding into team-based projects or retainer-style work?Â

I believe developers are gradually shifting towards more of a QA and oversight role with guiding, refining, and optimizing AI-generated code rather than handling all the grunt work themselves. At least, that’s the vision behind my tool, Snippfy!Â

I've been thinking about trying cursor but haven't seen anything that I can't do already with vscode + copilot. What would be your recommendation as to why switch to cursor?

awesome product! I always thought something like this was they way to go which is why I tried rise amongs other apps but all the data being separate meant a lot of manual inputs to really take advantage of time blocking based on energy but you solved it man! congrats

This is great! However I'm curious how it'd handle someone who maybe is not doing as many PRs and lines of code but their work is way more important and complicated vs someone who is doing a ton of tasks per day but their tasks are super simple, would the latter be considered more efficient even though maybe the first one is actually more productive and efficient?

The Reality of Solo Development: Pushing Back My Launch by 2 Weeks
Hey everyone,I wanted to share a bit of the reality behind solo development, because this past week has been a rough one. I was set to launch my product tomorrow, but due to some personal health issues, I’ve had to push it back by two weeks. The hardest part? As a solo founder, when life happens, development completely stops. There’s no co-founder to pick up the slack, no team to keep things...

I had this discussion with a coworker and I honestly don't know where I stand yet. While I do feel like I've become more productive, I feel like I've become a worse developer. However, I have become a better prompter which leads me to getting results faster than I would before so is it worth it? I don't know yet. On one hand I can continue to try and do everything myself and make sure I...

As the creator of Snippfy, an AI-powered automation tool for developers, I still firmly believe in the importance of a final review process. AI agents, while advanced, are not perfect—they can still produce hallucinations or subtle errors that need human oversight.
This is exactly why Snippfy creates pull requests instead of directly committing changes. The AI streamlines tedious tasks and...
