very bad customer support ! they are like robots . they just ignore the customers . i wait the card for 2-3 weeks no updates and when i ask about refund i'm waitin for more than 10days now , when i chat with support , without ask me about like my acc or the ticket . just "email the support" how bad they are . just be aware

hello thank you i do sign up and waiting for verification hope done soon the app say 24hrs but now 3 days . if i sign up for credit card can i also then open an bank account ?
