what would you suggest we do as a two sided marketplace with limited to no marketing resource to find a scalable channel of acquisition as fast as possible (with users on the waitlist pre-launch)?

Discover what they're good at (truly). See if AI can improve their skills. If yes, get the right tools for them (invest in SaaS). If not, empower them to do that specific thing very well and substitute all of the other tasks with AI tools (if possible).

I usually know what to do from the day before I keep always some room for last-minute things or calls. I plan the week during the weekends.

Interesting thread, we're building a marketplace to help creators' content and AR experiences get found. Oftentimes, these developers don't have a way to show-off their skills to a business audience and smaller businesses still lack an understanding of how the tech can be used to drive ROI in their operations.
