Yes and no. It is validated in the sense that someone else thinks it is an idea worth pursuing.
However, it is not validated as viable. Idea is viable if you find potential customers, people willing to pay for your product. Existing competition doesn't guarantee this. The only thing that guarantee this are real customers willing to pay.
So, if you want to really validate an idea, don't bet...

The most important factor is trust. You have to find someone you can trust. It will take some time to teach that person all the stuff she needs to know so you can delegate the tasks on her. Then, you have to trust her she can do her job.
Most important thing, don't micro-manage. Micro-management and trust don't work together. Micro-management shows only that you don't trust that person, that...

It depends on your target audience. For most people, google and facebook will do the job. These are the most popular platforms and majority of people is likely to use at least one of them. Additionally, you can also use Auth0 or firebase.

Hi @Valerie. Few thought on point 1 and 6 you've shared.
1. Discounts
Discounts work almost everywhere and every time. The problem is when product success depends on them. If people don't want to pay full price for your product, you have a serious problem. No amount of discounts will fix that problem.
6. Traffic source
PH can be a good traffic source. Question is, does it matter? Will at least...

I use my email whenever I can. The main reason is privacy. I don't trust any tech company that makes cash selling ads (almost all social networks), and sometimes user data, with my data.

Having a personal trainer has three benefits:
1) You will learn the proper technique to do your sport. This will help you get started faster and avoid many potential injuries.
2) Trainer will hold you accountable. If you are not that type of person who can hold herself accountable then trainer will do this for you.
3) Trainer is another expense. This can be a good motivation for you to stick...
Do you think having a personal trainer is a great help to do/or to start sports ?

Good idea. To-do list made as simple as it can be :).
Did you build it as a native iOS/Android app, or did you use some framework like React Native or Flutter?

In general, when you are not focused on specific segment, interests are a good place to start. When you are focused on specific segment, then it depends on the type of product you have. Is it physical? Then, geo location and/or demographic will be very like good choices. If it is a digital product, and you have wide spectrum of users, age and/or technographics will work better.
However, it is...

One thing: meditation. It helps me focus. It also helps me not to act impulsively and resist temptations and other distractions. it makes it also easier to detach and consider probable consequences of my actions. For example, not working on what is important. With this, knowing the consequences and having control over my focus, I can work on what is important to get done and get it done.
