If you're making a "free" product, it's definitely going to be a lead magnet as part of your acquisition/interest phase of your funnel. Biased but I host Fractional (https://open.spotify.com/show/6f...) and it's been great just interviewing great minds in product, freelancing, growth, design, and engineering.

I love exercising. It always resets my perspective. Always getting some small wins in.

I've been doing podcasts, IG short stories, tweets, YouTube videos, referrals and all - but nothing really beats word of mouth. I'd say it's not about the "hack" but the strategy that resonates most with your product. I think targeting your competitor clients directly is a nice move.

I'd say hold a workshop with your stakeholders and figure it out together. The brand voice typically stems from more important things like the brand strategy/character/story. The principles of the tone of voice stem from there.

I do freelancing for https://swarm.work where I am also involved in building the product and growth. On the side, I do coaching for aspiring early stage product designers at https://specter.coach It just blends in well with my personality of wanting to create, help other people, and teach too.

Think about the potential retention and churn. What I think matters is you have an entire product loop closed as part of your MVP.

It's not Sword Art Online's NerveGear yet, so IDK. But tbh, pretty excited about the new capabilities of the new computing platform. The price point will improve over time. At this stage, it's about seeding the ecosystem. And that's by marketing to early adopters (software engineers, product builders, early movers, etc.)

Build an audience first, and that usually happens in the form of an email list. Then launch!
