Because it's web based it's easy to use. I like that I can upload from my phone and access on desktop. Pros: It gives you an .srt file as well as allowing you to add open captions to your video. I can use it on any device. Cons: The transcritpions need quite a bit of editing but I've found that with all automated caption tools.
