1/ Do exercise, both cardio and strength training, I find that cardio quickly adjusts the emotional state. In addition I will include some traditional programs in my training, such as Tai Chi and standing stakes.
2/ Perform mental exercises, mainly breathing exercises, some breathing rhythms can effectively relieve poor mood and inject new energy into the body.

First, make sure there are common drivers for all. For example, if some people are driven by making money and having fun, and some people are driven by making money and social status, then their common driver is making money.
Then, clearly show everyone how to arrive at everyone's common goal and lead them to one small goal after another.
