I appreciate that Relo is trying to take the pain out of one of our most stressful experiences: moving. I could have used an old-fashioned welcome wagon when I moved - and Relo seems like a modern-day approach. Anything that helps us connect, especially when we are at our most vulnerable, is a great service.

KOYA is just what we need, now and always. I've received a KOYA and it is a delightful and special moment. For all those times you're thinking of someone...now it's easy to to show it. I think I need to share this with my BF (hint, hint)

Hi Makers!
I am just coming out of beta with my mobile app Daily Haloha. It's a 2 minute daily ritual to feel more connected to yourself and others - sparked by a single daily question to the world (I can say more, but don't want to bias your feedback).
In anticipation of promoting the app, we've just relaunched our website https://www.dailyhaloha.com/
I'd love feedback from the PH...

The scorekeeping ("compare and despair") of social media is just one aspect of how social media preys on our insecurities and worst instincts. When you factor in the business model of attention extraction, and the power of algorithms and outrage to fan the flames, it's a recipe for for social validation addiction and disconnection, to oneself and others. We're trying something different with...

Hi Makers! I recently soft-launched our mobile app Daily Haloha. We ask the world a single thought-provoking question each day to connect us more deeply to ourselves and others. It's a 2 minute exercise in simulataneous reflection and perspective and because it's anonymous, free of judgment, and free of status - it's also an antidote to status arms race of social media.
I'd love for you to...

I'm using Amplitude for my mobile app. I selected it because as a non-technical (but very analytic) founder I find it pretty robust and the data very accessible. Not sure I have it instrumented quite right yet but it's been really useful so far.
What analytics service do you use and why?

Hi Jen! What a generous offer and I see lots of uptake! I would love your thought on our soft-launched app Daily Haloha. Our mission is to restore a sense of shared humanity through a single thought-provoking fill-in-the-blank question to the world each day. You'll find us in the app stores (for free) and www.dailyhaloha.com. Thank you so much!

Great ideas here and a few to add from my first 60 days of launching our mobile app Daily Haloha:
1) Personal outreach - I feel like I'm spamming my network, but people are busy and need to be asked several times, and in different channels (email, social, DM).
2) Specific asks of network - I've found that people like to be helpful but the more specific the ask the better. Instead of "can you...

I had oversubscribed to things in the moment and didn't realize how my subscriptions were stacking up. Seeing them all laid out was eye-opening, and enabled me to make choices about what I really want in my inbox. It would have taken me 10x as long to unsubscribe from the selected services, and even longer to identify them.
Pros: Love this service! Seeing all my subscription laid out was...

I work mainly solo and from my home office, and can easily stray from my goals when tasks are tedious or challenging (which is many of them!). I can see using Focusmate as a way to make sure I don't avoid the unpleasant stuff!
Pros: I can see this helping me get over the hurdles.
Cons: I plan to try this soon!
