I hate being on the receiving end of outbound marketing, but for some businesses there is not denying that it can be effective. Especially early on.
at toddle.dev we pretty much exclusively do inbound.

Before I started toddle It was
NextJS + postgres. I would never recommend a NoSQL database unless you have a very specific need.
Now my go to is toddle + supabase.

There are lots of ways to make money. Most of them a far more effective and less risky than a startup.
If you dont care deeply about the product I would recommend doing something else.
If you do care deeply about your product:
- Don't compromise about the things you know are important. If you are not at least a little bit difficult to work with, you are probably not doing it...

I don't think I would ever start a company based on what investors are mostly likely to invest in.
I think it is a perfectly smart strategy, but this job takes so much work. If I wasn't passionate about what I was building I would not do it.

We launched in June 2023.
The company was founded in November 2022.
Before that I spent 3 years working nights and weekends.
