Yes, yes, yes, and yes. I've been a fan/user of Ladder for sometime now. Wish I had something like this at the beginning of my college day's but it still helped immensely right after I graduated.

Love the idea of this app I think it solves a lot of issues that Lucid Chart has, the only question I have is if the free plan includes collaboration with other people in realtime? If so, some feature requests I would recommend to make it next level for developers are:
1) Making this an add on to IDE's. Similar to what codestream does.
2) Integration into workspaces (i.e. Google Drive).

The Modern Web Design Process
So in my last piece about web design I wrote about some principles, practices that seemed to be still relevant in today's design process. However, now I write about the actual process in itself.
In the following, I try my best to quantify and structure the modern web design process into 8 steps that will build for success. I'm open to any critique, and or comments you may have. Enjoy!

The ability to be scrappy! You gotta be able to work with what you get. I believe the PM is responsible to fill in the holes. Whether it may be technical or not.

I generally only ask for 3 scrums(Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) a week out of my dev team, with only 1 being an actual in person meeting, the rest are just scrum docs. It seems to work. At first I did to little like 1 or 2, and it didn't seem to be effective. My engineers would be slow to respond and wouldn't communicate what's going on in their end for development. Granted that we are an...

I actually did a similar survey on my LinkedIn and I added Microsoft Teams as an option. Out of 34 votes so far, Slack is up by 65% with Microsoft Teams at 29%, and Discord at 9%. Which begs me the question, why is Slack loved so much more in the business world than Discord?

In a seed stage startup, how many social media platforms would you say is optimal for marketing?
Things to consider:
- A seed-stage startup, will probably have little to no budget.
- It's very likely that a seed-stage startup is still trying to figure out who their target audience really is.
- A seed-stage startup usually doesn't have a product to sell yet, so there still trying to figure out if anyone would even pay/use their product.
Willing to hear anything else you have to say?

This question seems a bit broad, so I'll add my twist. What is the best strategy for social media marketing, for a Web Development and Fintech seed stage (Stage 1) startup with no funding? Meaning, they have little to no budget.
