the ability to synthesise information better. Too much noise disguised as info. To be able to filter out what's useful from what it isn't is an invaluable skill.
If you had to choose one skill to master in 2024, what would it be and why? 🤔

Andrew, it eally depends on the stage of the company. If its early stage, then in the Lean Product Playbook's spirit:
-Problem-Solution Fit: Ensure it solves a real problem.
-MVP: It should deliver its core promise flawlessly.
-User Experience: Must be intuitive.
-Feedback Mechanism: Ready to capture user insights.
-Security: Non-negotiable.
Launch with a solid core, then iterate based on...
What aspects of your product must be flawless before its release?

You practice for it, when it doesn't matter, so that performing when it matters becomes second nature. Your weakest performance during practice, sets the baseline for the worst performance for when it matters. And if you can bring it up, then even YOUR worst performance might outrank who didn't practice as much.
Everything else is just a tactic.
How do you concentrate when it matters? Any method?

Rejection and failure are features, not bugs.
That's a beautiful perspective which I am inculcating in my daily. Holds true for everything, really. The worst outcome for any pursuit is NO feedback. Negative feedback (if valid), is in fact more useful than sugar coated positive words that do nothing but stroke your ego.
What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.
How do you handle negative feedback or criticism from users?

Replace is a strong term. Tech is here to augment humans as it always has. Computers democratised calculation. Internet democratised information, AI will democratise cognition. Sure, a team of 10 will become a team of 5 with the same or better output, but the fundamental skillsets of acquiring new skills, synthesising different perspectives, having a long term vision, empathy and storytelling...

By counting to 3 and just diving into what needs to be done. Baby steps compound and momentum kicks in. That's when one would stop asking "best way to increase productivity", because you know now you're it.
It's hard, of course, but most things worth doing and achieving are.
Good luck

LinkedIn Inbound Playbook sounds delicious. Two questions-
1. Did you intend on the title given to you?
2. What's the key learning in your organic growth [think of this like a CTA to your Playbook :) ]
I was in LinkedIn's TOP 200 creators worldwide. AMA!

Quite a bit. I love synthesising different view points with that of my own to create some super unique and interesting theories. Being a musician, I think AI is very akin to sampling. It lets you be inspired by various existing literature (music), and create something super new. Grateful to be alive in a time like this.
Do you use AI to help you read information?

I create different threads in ChatGPT for different contexts. One is context aware on my product, and gives feedback on that, the other is updated on my company workflows and policies, as the Talent Lead, that allows me to frame and soundboard conflicts and certain situations. One thread is trained on Midjourney prompting and parameters and allows me to create ethereal art here-...
