Both! Depends on the type of work, when brainstorming ideas as a team is so much more productive than alone. And when doing detailed orientated task like report or data analysis working alone is more productive.

Love this question! As a surprise we sent our entire remote team donuts (that had 100's & 1000's sprinkles on them) when we hit 100,000 users to all celebrate. Each person then posted a photo of them eating the donut so we could all celebrate together!
