Today, we successfully launched for the first time and it was an incredible experience.

My main goal was to launch this month and be done by now. Now, we have started planning for next month. We are developing the next version, fixing and improving the current version, and collecting more feedback.

Just launched today I am reviewing feedback and suggestions, making necessary improvements, and planning for the next steps.

Building something with a team you truly enjoy is challenging, yet incredibly rewarding. I love this journey of creating something unique and personal. It's all about what you're satisfied with.

I had a similar thought before when someone asked me whether I would prefer to own 100% of a bootstrapped $10 million company or 50% of a venture-funded $100 million company. Ultimately, it's a matter of balancing time and scalability.
