As a business process and strategy consultant, I know that easy to use tools with high adoption rates often (always?) beat tools that have large feature lists, but add to user overhead. In the journey to understand OKRs, I realised that the real value of OKRs is in the collaboration and discussions as the actual capture of the numbers and text - and what better host for this system, than Slack?...
