If talking about work I can say that I split big tasks into smaller ones and solve problems step by step. That helps me to get motivated and not get tired of hard tasks.

Depends on the importance of the work. If the work is urgent I prefer to do small tasks to get myself into work and then move to something more complex.

I recently understood that I`m easily distracted so I put away my phone and other disturbing things and work. In the case of organizing the working process, I`m using Weje. It helps to collect all thoughts.
