It's hard to keep the subtle differences straight when it comes to fintech banking. A lot of the neobank differentiation is surface level - better service, better credit products, better rates... Arc nails all of that and leads to market in each of these areas (dedicated relationship managers, venture debt + working capital + ABLs..., highest yields on treasuries...). Long time customer of Swantide, and have been a big fan since the start. We bough swantide to help us with our Hubspot > Salesforce migration, and were particularly excited about their well thought out managed infra around product data ingestion to CRM. That may have been what we bought, but we've gotten so much more: tight duplicate mangement, easy data cleanup, elegant pre built flows......

Very cool. Are the AI weekly summaries just based on the changes that were made (i.e. links added etc) to Current? Or does it updated on changes to the underlying connected resources?

This is the tool we've been looking for. We're long standing users of Momentum, and couldn't be happier about this twist! There's a ton of buzz in Generative AI these days. I'm convinced that the companies who will win are the ones who figure out how to use AI natively in workflow for teams to automate and simplify key tasks. We don't need another chrome extension - we need elegant, in flow...

Training AI on internal company data to augment and automate support isn't new - there's tons of companies doing this. And they are doing it for a reason: it's insanely valuable (especially in this macro). But these guys are out executing the rest - hats off to you, Harish and team, this tool is AI applied to CS, done well
