slack or apple notes. Apple Notes is a low-key sleeper app for me since I love how my notes go with me everywhere. I write them on my phone, iPad and mac.

Currently we do not but we haven’t released our product to the public yet. I’d be curious to hear the benefits though of this. I feel it could limit you to plan to far in advance and not listen to your customers for that perfect product market fit.
Do you keep a public roadmap ?

I use to record every workout. But now find myself just putting what type of workout I did in my calendar. I should maybe get back to logging everything since you make the most progress logging your workouts since I find it holds me more accountable.
Do you like working out but can't record it?

I feel like it's already been said here but you should probably add a layer after the ai to help validate and confirm your answers fall within your parameters. Like a fail-safe check. AI can be unpredictable at times no matter how well you have built your model so its better to be safe than sorry.
What are some potential risks and challenges businesses should consider when implementing AI?

I kinda fell into it. I've always loved programming and building apps (I started as a hobbyist), then one day a co-worker asked if I wanted to help their friend out with an app. I said yes since I do this on the side for fun anyways. A couple of months later I quit my job and joined the start-up full time. It's funny how things work out.

Ours isn't perfect yet but we're trying hard on making it seamless. We use the ideology that you have one chance so we do everything we can to make it easy. Knowing members will skip the initial tutorial we try to make everything as self-explanatory as possible.

I use chatGTP on a daily basis. I don't overly use plugins but I use them a lot to help me with code. I mostly use it for regex though since writing them is annoying.

This is tough depending on what your tech no how is. Basically, it would be good to be able to talk the talk at least so I would read a lot of stuff to stay current so you don't get swindled. Another good option though that might be the best is a technical co-founder.
