Very cool idea - collapse-able food containers. I've got a ton of old take-out and plastic storage containers taking up a ton of space in my cabinet. It'd be great to replace them with this more compact solution. Plus, seems like it'd be great for carrying food to work because the container folds up and easily fits in your bag for the way home.

NPR mentioned there's a caveat with using the service - "Watson eats data, not food. so use at your own risk."

Trial'ed Mention, and was really impressed by its ability to find and highlight the key social media and web mentions for my company.
The "important" and "sentiment" aspects need some tuning, but otherwise, a really promising tool.
