I'm surprised no one has mentioned Google Location History yet. This sounds very similar but more private and suits those who don't trust Google or any corporation to track them. If you have an Android phone or Google app installed in an iPhone, most likely your 'Timeline' is already tracked. Check out if you have any activity in desktop Google Maps -> Hamburger Menu -> Timeline.
