Boris Fowler

I really enjoyed aspects of this book. It really explores areas of the mind that are easily overlooked like sleep, cognitive and statistical errors that are commonly made. More of a text book than a straight read-through.

I know I'm a little late to this one, but very encouraging to hear his thoughts on parenting. As a young silicon valley parent, I often find myself reflecting on how to best optimize my time and allow my career aspirations to compete with my desire to be a good husband and father.
