Really nailing your goals and building out actionable steps to help you achieve those goals.
Some nice to haves could be tracking metrics and a workspace that is geared towards your needs.

If your not a technical founder do you think it’s wise to at least learn UI UX?
Listen I wish I was a coder because I probably would have built the next Amazon by now but sadly I’m no good with development.
But as a non technical founder wouldn’t it be better if we could at least design our visions? UI UX
You can’t just have an idea you need be a killer marketer for one and be able to showcase the vision through designs.
If you have neither then be prepared to pay tons...

I think budget matters outsource to start out for sure but when you grow to a bigger size company you’ll definitely want some full time devs on payroll just to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Hiring own developers or outsource?

On average how long do you guys stay with a startup project before you deem it to be a failure?
Some context to this,
I’m working on a big project of mine called Deapwork its gear towards the productivity niche and people who struggle with procrastination.
I want to know how you guys go about stoping a project when you’ve essentially hit nothing but dead ends.
Is it 3 months? A year?
I’m hoping deapwork will be a success but I’d love to hear your frameworks on when to put an end to...

What do you guys think about a solo workstation?
Hey everyone so I've been building a tool that lets you customise a workstation however you like (Think multiple tabs in one) and it locks the screen. It will also have a timer and goals section on the side that's collapsible.
Then on the backend all your metrics and data will be tracked and even AI assistants to help you break down goals into To-Dos.
I wanted to know your thought on this!...
