Now that AI exists and is only improving, 150 is too many. Smaller teams will get more done with less communication overhead.

What’s one thing you'd never want an AI to handle in your business?

I'm curious from the standpoint of someone building products with AI, and I have some strong opinions on this myself. As a broad answer, I would say the "process". Planning an execution is one thing, but it is your business and it is what it is because of your processes and constraints in place as a result. It is a mistake to let AI decide the process as well. What do you think?

Great post. You got me thinking about it. Everyone understands making blogs, so why not make directories?

What’s something you wish AI could help you with today but hasn’t been tackled yet?

An easy one for me is to hook up OpenAI's advanced voice API to both my calendar and Twilio. Then if scheduling changes, AI could make a call for me, get the new schedule set, and update my calendar, instead of me getting interrupted or having to wait on the phone. Feels like proof of concept for that could be done as a weekend project. What do you want AI to do for you?

Around $4000/month. Given our current scale, I consider this to be very lean.
