I definitely think there's room for an application that actually helps people advance themselves towards achieving a goal, but Iris doesn't hit the mark for me. To put it plainly, this is Asana with a confusing UX. Additionally, I don't see how this qualifies as an "assistant" as @Lyondhur said. The simplicity works here! No clutter like on other job sites. Would be interesting to allow users to filter jobs based on their self-identified qualifications. For instance... if you have 10 years of experience, a bachelor's degree, etc. -- select those characteristics and see what jobs you qualify for.

This is awesome! Great work. One suggestion would be to include a design sprint / prototype / user-testing phase ahead of the beta program definition. Or -- perhaps, completion of the lean canvas. Having alignment from the team on all areas of the canvas is hugely helpful as you move into the development roadmap.
