It’s a very capable product and easy to integrate into nearly any platform, but when trying to get support or negotiate pricing they are actively unresponsive.

Notion is ok. My main gripe is conversations can be hard to follow as there is no space just to have a chat with people outside tasks and the tasks get full of replies and unwieldy

This is an unpolished product with some problems. The management appear unwilling and even hostile in regards to resolving critical issues. They will also arbitrarily push you up a pricing tier.
