The main reason why this is interesting is air travel, followed by short workplace naps. For those of us that have couches in offices, it's usually better to invest in comfy/stylish pillows with washable covers, so it doesn't look like you sleep in your office. The bag is a nice touch, since you can keep it in a drawer without it becoming gross. The critical piece is - when traveling - will...

Loving the "2 screen" implementation. @jack what was the insight that led to that?

Congrats - what insight led to the creation of this program (I've run several of these that ultimately failed, most spectacularly with Windows App Store)?

@mattnhodges - this is super cool. One thing I'm curious about these is - what were your success metrics knowing if it's actually helping? I'm worried that these type of bots actually disengage end users (because, who wants to talk to an automated system rather than a human :)); so I'm very curious about how you define/know "success"?

@bradhaynes - thanks for sharing.
The landing page seems to suggest that this is about me sharing my experiences with others. That's something I'd only be looking to do right after I'm back from a trip, or about to go to one. What's the "hook" for someone like me who is planning a trip to install the app.
I ended up leaving the web page without installing the app because of this.
I love...

@dasha_sivkov it looks like this is Shopify becoming Square faster than Square becoming Spotify. Pretty good move.
Couple of questions:
1. Does it support Apple Pay, and Samsung/Google?
2. How long does it take for the clearing house (what's the avg. expected time between swipe and funds becoming available to the merchant)
3. Do you think it's simpler/easier for someone to get going with...

@idmtr I don't think this is initially a comparison against LinkedIn. Instead, it sounds much more like a "Freelance" / "Service industry job" application opportunity... Closer to Indeed and Monster.
What I imagine this will be great for is small biz who don't want to use LinkedIn to attract entry level employees...

One of the things I love about web products is - I have the ability to do the same things where ever I am. When desktop clients get richer - it's very difficult to go back and forth between web/client, especially when I'm travelling (or in a place where I don't have clients installed).
So, while I'm sure there's P/M fit for some folks who are using only one machine and want to have a desktop...

@hamutsi I love anything that takes the pain away from "polish" when it comes to mundane tasks... No one has _really_ solved that for Resumes, even though 100+ companies try... However, this totally looks like something anyone can pick up and prepare a professional looking invoice/proposal.
As an ex-treasurer of a non-profit, I'd love to see "receipts" as a follow up for this, as my horrific...

Where does the content come from? As a person who thinks "one day maybe", we freak out about what "truth" to follow, so often we end up going to the "classics" for advice... While we'd like to try new things (and cute matters), having confidence about your content is key.

I was a part of the team back in the old/stupid days where a "web service" was something complicated to set up, impossible to authenticate, and unthinkable that it could connect to other services... So we piggybanked on "caldav" protocol and built a similar thing where users could publish their calendars, and others could see it to find time!
Now... This is much nicer, of course, and much more...

This is a neat idea, but I wonder if you're positioning this as a "creation" vs. "update" product... I suspect most business owners likely own a PC/Mac for running the business, maybe a set of tablets for running some aspects of the business (such as Square or some inventory management LOB app), and then a phablet/phone for day-to-day activities...
With that in mind - I suspect the most...
