For accuracy: I used the product for 5 months but the review has either 1 month or 1 year to choose from. Pros: Their focus on qualitative data is immensely useful. Currently it's one of the best ways to collect user feedback and organize it. Cons: The qualitative text analysis is not very strong yet but it seems to be getting better.
