About
As the founder and CDO of an e-learning platform, Carla is passionate about the impact out-of-school learning can have on children's lives, regardless of their cultural background or socioeconomic status. As a lifelong creative, she credits her parents for exposing her to enriching out-of-school learning activities that helped her navigate and overcome her learning difference. With multiple ways to learn (i.e. visual, auditory, kinetic, etc.), Carla believes traditional education is missing the mark with its one-size-fits-all approach and is on a mission to design a product that taps into children's unique styles of learning. When she is not tinkering with Globekin, she is either out exploring a new trail or developing a new art piece.
