This is still experimental but we started running the efforts of every part of the business in 2-week Sprints, it's been helpful to mentally prepare for what needs to be done over those 2 weeks, and if I go hard for a week, I'll take it slower on the second. I think for me it's been a matter of understanding that there is always more to be done, but as long as we are making good progress and...

The founding team has been the most important piece to me, being surrounded by people who understand how much it will take, who are in it as much as you are, and who can pick each other up when they're down. The lows can be very low, but a good team helps each other get through it.
