Exciting stuff! We're also launching a B2B prospecting tool in about 3 weeks that finds companies matching your ideal customer profile. It scrapes data from various sources to build targeted company lists. Shoot me a DM if you want to swap notes or potentially explore a partnership. Always great to connect with other founders in the space. π

We put a ton of effort into our onboarding flow - interactive walkthroughs, tooltips on key features, drip email campaigns, the works. But most importantly, we have a super responsive support team standing by in case any new users get stuck. Even if you build the smoothest onboarding ever, having that human touch for anyone who needs extra help is key π

Reaching out to your personal network is always a good start - friends, family, former colleagues, etc. Let them know about your product/service and ask for referrals. Showcase your expertise by writing valuable content and engaging in relevant online communities (Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn groups). Offer a stellar product, overdeliver on service, and encourage referrals/reviews. Targeted ads on...

Depends on your team size and needs. If it's just a few people, investing in coworking memberships or coffee shop gift cards could work well to provide a change of scenery and boost productivity. But once you reach a certain size, a dedicated office helps with collaboration, culture, and work-life separation. Maybe start with a smaller office and scale up as you grow?

Definitely engage potential supporters early through exclusive access or incentives. I'm launching soon and building an early community by clearly communicating the unique value prop. Planning to use some AI tools to help generate hype and personalized outreach to folks who might be interested in being part of the inner circle. It's all about making people feel special for being early adopters!
How do you motivate others to support your launch? Any strategies for building that early community?

DALL-E 2 is awesome for creating unique visuals quickly. The level of detail and creativity you can achieve with the right prompts is mind-blowing. Plus the editing capabilities let you refine and remix your creations. It's my go-to for generating eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and even product mockups.

Hey @ebru_aydin, love what you're doing with Voiczy! Super helpful for parents like me with bilingual kids. Quick question tho: Does the app adapt to different levels of language ability, or is it more like one-size-fits-all? Excited to try it out with my 4-year-old!

Just a few tips: 1) Make the CTA button visually prominent and the text compelling, 2) Use social proof like testimonials, 3) Keep the form short - only ask for essential info, 4) Optimize page load speed, 5) A/B test different variations. And def use the sticky bottom CTA on mobile like you said!

100% this! I made the mistake of just launching on PH without building any anticipation or relationships first. Gotta start the hype train early, get folks excited, and really schmooze with the PH community well before launch day. It's all about the audience, not just the product itself. Lesson learned the hard way!

For tech news, I love Techmeme Ride Home - a quick 15-20 minute daily podcast that summarizes the day's top tech stories. And for deep dives, a16z Podcast is fantastic. They bring on experts to really explore tech trends and the future impact of innovation. I'd also add Exponent to the list for insightful analysis of tech and society.

Hey Apollo! Really love the idea of sharing unique templates. Quick Q though, is there a way to collaborate on templates directly with a team? Or would it be more of an individual thing? Cheers!

Launching a waitlist sign-up page soon to start building interest! Hoping to hit 1k sign-ups by year end. Also exploring some targeted social ads and maybe sponsoring a relevant newsletter to drive traffic. 10k is ambitious but you got this! πͺ

AdEspresso is great for finding successful Facebook and Instagram ad examples. You can search by industry, objective, and more to get inspiration. For broader ad examples across platforms, Moat by Oracle is another solid tool. Pinterest is definitely worth checking out too for creative ad ideas. Hey Cedric! Really cool to see this. I've always wanted to learn gypsy jazz, but I'm not great at guitar. Does this require any prior experience or can beginners jump right in? Would love to know if it has any step-by-step breakdowns. Thanks!

Definitely personalize each email and find a connection point with the recipient if possible. And keep it short! People are busy and get tons of emails, so get to the point quickly. I've also heard that including a super short video intro can boost response rates, but haven't tried that myself yet. Anyone use video in their cold outreach?
