The only ways to connect to user data is via Segment or Redshift?

Im getting a 504 error

Was actually debating between nickelled, appcues, & inlinemanual... How does Userguiding differentiate from them? What do you mean by "interactive"? Can users actually take action on my web-app while going through the guide? Considering the Growth plan is free for a limited time I will def try it out, BUT pricing based on MAU's can be tricky... a bit contradictory to call it a growth plan...
