What are the biggest difficulties of being in the "TV checkin" space? We've seen social television apps before with somewhat noticeable shut down of TVTag (ex GetGlue) last year. To point from @jpvalery on legality, how do you get your screen caps which the service revolves around? Are they covered under fair use?

I want this to be amazing but in the couple attempts lag has been 10-15 seconds! Hope you're just getting massive PH hugs and everything is back to normal later, but it would suck to run into such latency during a demo.

Pretty awesome. In the demo because of the large clickable areas it's a bit hard to understand where the hotspots are. Would be helpful to be able to click on the band to see them.
