Now that they are not trying to get upvotes, no replies :-(

I have Customerly and get pretty inconsistent support. Sometimes I get a response but then they don't follow up. I get mostly upbeat marketing messages from the Founder, but no responses to queries. To be fair, someone fixed a Zapier problem right away, but the two other questions in same help request were not responded to. I wonder if they took support from Customerly for building something...
