Cy Wise (she/they) is a sociologist specializing in organizational cultures, online group structures, and behaviors. With 15+ years of games industry tenure, she helped create and grow VR game studio Owlchemy Labs creators of Job Simulator and Rick and Morty: VR. Now, she is co-founder and COO of Tangle, a SaaS collaboration platform that’s taking the best the office had to offer and reimagining it for remote work by putting human hearts first. Her expertise spans interactive design, human-centric play, and building / maintaining culture within organizations and communities. When she isn’t elbow-deep in her herb garden, she can be found enthusiastically monologuing and gesturing about the future.
