I've come to realize that there's no universal technique that works for everyone. However, what works best for me is avoiding multitasking, and focusing on one task at a time. And also, turn off your notifications on your phone. Even better, leave it in the other room or off your desk where you work.
What is the best piece of advice you have received about time management?

The best productivity tip I've found is to break big projects into smaller tasks and prioritize them. And for the perfectionists out there, remember, 'perfection is the enemy of good".

I prefer running and walking. Treadmill is cool too if you don't have enough time and the weather is bad.

We use simultaneously Google Docs and Confluence. Most non-technical people in the firm prefer Google Docs as for them it's easier to use.
Do you use Google Docs or a more secure and privacy friendly alternative?

Although it can vary based on the Monday and other factors, I generally find the idea of "Monday blues" to be a myth for me. I typically recharge over the weekend, which helps me start the week with good energy. Funnily enough, I tend to experience lower productivity on Fridays, possibly because it's the end of the week.
Lower productivity on Mondays. Fact or myth?
