Personally, if I see a long post, I'm not inclined to read it. I like short posts with bite-sized bits of information.

Thanks to reading Atomic Habits and The 4-Hour Work Week, I've gotten into the habit of reading from a professional, business, or personal growth book every morning. I stick to one book at a time. I'll re-read it if it's good and I think I need to. I also "actively" read and underline important points or take notes.

Good question. My general measurement for a productive day is a simple question. Did I move the needle in the direction I want to go? It also guides the tasks I choose to prioritize. If I know I've done at least one thing to move the needle, no matter how small a task, I can consider it a productive day.
