I like the idea, I'm not sure starting with "Add a question" is the best experience. I'm feeling the "blank page" effect there and don't really know what sort of thing to add. Letting people play with a few great example questions first to get a feel for what's a good question might guide people better into the experience, and encourage high-quality contributions.
