We love using Herald at OpenPhone. We get tons of feedback through all channels and can easily capture it in one place + organize it so everyone on the team has visibility into customer pain points and issues.
Working with the Herald team has been incredible - they're super responsive and open to feedback. :) I think every SaaS company should work with them.

Super convenient to quickly send short videos to team members or clients.
I use it for recording quick screen captures of our mobile app and sharing it to Slack or Linear for our team to see.
Makes it way faster to reproduce any bugs or UI quirks :) Definitely recommend!
