We are trying to create a service (ucanremote.com) that will change the usual approach to hiring and allow recruiters to build a base of passive talent, and job seekers to create a specialist profile and receive the best job offers on an ongoing basis. And all this remotely!

When we first created https://ucanremote.com/, we made some mistakes that slowed down our development a bit.
The main lesson is to communicate accurately with the client. You have to be as specific as possible in your description. When we started doing CustDev with the wrong people, we ran into a mismatch between the product and the market.

So far, the best and most alternative for productive teamwork is the Google ecosystem. Google Docs + Google Calendar covers most tasks. We presented our product (https://ucanremote.com/) at various events for startups. It was there that we found our first business clients. No matter how many modern tools there are for attracting potential clients, nothing compares to good old-fashioned live communication:)

Hi!
Here is my project 👉 https://ucanremote.com/
Trying to change the usual approach to hiring and shift the focus from "companies" to "people". We want to give companies the opportunity to have access to a database of "passive job seekers" and provide job seekers with constant job offers. And all this remotely!
