Interesting, we face the same challenges and only gets feedback because we always ask for them in our welcome emails, account representative emails, and support tickets. We've built a culture where we will continue to ask our users for more even when their current issues are resolved. Would be interesting to see any solution tackling this.

@keeev that'll be number of stops planned for our product ElasticRoute 🤖. Because the greatest value derived by our users from using our product is through planning a large number of stops for a fleet of vehicles 🚚 (or drivers) in a short amount of time ⏱. (We solve the Vehicle Routing Problem - VRP - aspect of route planning). The complexity of planning routes for a fleet of vehicle increases...
