I built this as a little side project to solve a personal problem. I wanted a way to summarize articles easily, but also save them to read later and be able to have a searchable archive of all the articles I have ever saved.

The year is 1996 Snow is coming down and my brother and I anxiously wait in our rooms for the go-ahead from Mom and Dad to burst through our doors and into the living room. There it is, under the tree. Could it be?! It's about the right size, 10" tall, maybe 24" wide. We tear into it like a couple of wild animals. There it was, Nintendo 64. A core memory.

I have a few minor updates and product features I need to get done before launching on Dec. 20th here. One, in particular, is integrating a CRM for email marketing.

Home for sure! Now that wouldn't be the case if I wasn't married with two kids and a dog. Time is our most precious asset and I refuse to waste it in traffic and thru meaningless small talk at this stage in my life. Being in the office can be incredibly valuable throughout the different stages of your life though. I've met lots of friends and made valuable contacts thru in office work.

I bought Webcrate from two guys who listed their old side project on Microacquire. I found the product to be a great fit for someone like myself who is learning how to code by taking something scalable and building off of it. My background is in sales and marketing, so I plan to grow Webcrate as it stands today by building a brand and through some good old organic marketing. I have plans to...

4 day work week, more employees working less hours, sales teams will shrink, less VC funding due to tools and resources available to scale more lean.
