@degisner what an amazing app! I can almost see some potential partnership with the very product we are launching today :D also, your apps are so beautiful and make me think I should switch back to iOS just for them!

👋 Hey Product Hunters,
David here, CEO at Morgen!
I'm thrilled to introduce Morgen Assist - a whole new way to automate your schedule, meetings, projects, and more.
This community has shown us how unique each team’s workflows are and how, as teams expand and become full-time, they need to adapt. That’s why Morgen Assist is not a “smart” calendar that decides how your time should be...
Morgen Assist
Your workflows, automated your way
Morgen Assist is like a smart calendar configured by you, that works with your stack, and ultimately, automates your time your way. Select from ready-built workflows, customize them with code, or build your own with Morgen's APIs.

How do you balance urgent tasks and long-term projects? Share your strategies!
I tried the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritize tasks as Urgent/Important, Not Urgent/Not Important, etc. It helps me allocate time for both immediate deadlines and long-term projects. Having a visual representation keeps me focused and ensures nothing falls through the cracks!

I actually tried a few times, but it's actually quite tedious 😒 but honestly, if I could buy an alarm that somehow syncs with my calendar I'd use it!
Do you set your morning alarm based on the time of your first meeting?

I was at the HQ all alone that day and had all the chocolate for myself 😈😈😈 just kidding I behaved and shared it 😒 :P
Best launch story? During our first launch, a user we never met, biked over and delivered chocolate.

I'm starting to automate my morning routine with smart home tech! The first thing has been lights gradually turning on and now I'm thinking of some smart coffee machine that starts brewing 30 mins before my alarm.
Share a personal life aspect you've automated for a game-changing experience. #LifeHacks

How do you use Zapier/n8n/IFTTT and stuff to automate your time management?
I'm in the process of making all my workflows more efficient, and I am just scouting for more ideas on how to boost my productivity further :)
All answers count, literally anything about time management, so scheduling, meetings, tasks, reminders, etc.

You know what they say, necessity is the mother of invention... and sometimes the best tools are the ones you create for your own team! 🛠️ That's exactly how Morgen.so was born. We needed an in-house solution for time-blocking and keeping everyone informed, and then we thought, "Why not share this awesomeness with the world?" 🌍
Morgen.so is like the superhero of productivity tools, rescuing...
Do you use any in-house tools to increase team productivity and keep everyone informed?

While I work... I summon a horde of hyper-productive squirrels to handle all my tasks! 🐿️ Just kidding! But seriously, I've discovered that using time blocking is just as effective (and far less nutty) for optimizing my workday.
By scheduling specific tasks into dedicated time slots, I can focus my energy like a squirrel hoarding acorns before winter. Not only does time blocking keep me on...

We launched TimeTo today which will help teams add no-code or highly customizable automations to their calendars and tools. What would you choose first?
