Kaleido captures something that is really hard to do with other tools: the multi-layer nature of the product prioritization and the relationships between levels.
It really clicked for me when I was able to add an insight, then link it to a project, then link that project to the next level project and so on.
The product development roadmap is often nonlinear, with a lot of work happening in...

The model of having a design team available as a service for a reasonable price is very interesting. Our team has been lucky to get connected with great designers from the start and being able to do design work in our team. But many new startups are not that lucky and finding design help might be a challenge. This could solve that. Congrats on the launch!

"Your score is -1" 😭 You didn't have to hit hard like that. But seriously, cool that you send a methodology after the test!

Looks nice, congrats! For me the values of frameworks like this is in the knowledge baked in to them. Really like learning from the components organization and design choices present there.

If we are talking about a human-in-the-loop emails, like AI helping a person craft and reply to emails, then I think it's all fine and just makes the email more pleasant to use.
If we are talking about the automated mailing, then the first few movers will sow the benefits, but as the tech becomes mainstream it will be just noise. The human on the other end will adapt to pay even less...
We might not like AI generating our comments, but what's your thought about AI generated email?

For user-generated videos (e.g. recordings of the calls on the platform) we are using Cloudflare Stream. It's quite inexpensive as a cloud video encoding and streaming service and so far it's been a smooth sailing. Obviously requires some manual wiring of APIs.
Where do you host your videos?

Why not both? I'd go over each issue one-by-one and either write a support playbook page, or add it to a development to-do. Some of those bugs might be easier to fix, than to explain a workaround for 🤔
And as other folks mentioned, the show-stopper bugs must be addressed, unless you're very confident in your team's ability to provide real-time support to everyone.
Just don't forget to update...
Would you rather: fix all bugs or prepare a playbook for support?

Very niche app, but highly recommend: https://sparktoro.com/
I use it from time to time to find relevant people who are influencing our target audience. Then research what they're talking about and the engagement they have. This helps adjust our outreach messages, and marketing materials.
Lots of other uses cases!
When it comes to marketing, which app do you use the most? any niche apps no one know about?

From a PH launch perspective: start rolling it out to a few select users right now!
This way you'll be able to fix some easy to catch bugs, that otherwise would just overwhelm your support on the launch day.
You'll also be able to ask your early adopters to support you on the launch day. Reviews and comments from real users will be a huge plus.

☝️ All of those are AI-generated comments 👇 This is the only real one (trust me)
Jokes aside, this will be a problem once the quality of those comments become indistinguishable from the real ones. It's quite possible that we'll see fine-tuned tools that can write time-relevant, insightful and emotional comments in the nearest future.
And this is probably fine, as long as these comments bring...

This is substantial upgrade in an ability to comprehend and create, not just generate.
Bing Chat constantly gets a bad rep, but I've always found it to be more creative compared to the plain old ChatGPT and since it's now confirmed that it is using the GPT-4 model (https://blogs.bing.com/search/ma...) this is a good indicator of what this model is capable of.

Lots of good frameworks here, but I'll drop one more approach here that I live by:
If it's an easy feature that aligns with your product vision and a user asks for it - just build and ship it!
I'm talking here about those features in the long laundry list of things that you definitely should do, but you deemed to small to be important.
If someone comes to you asking for specifically a...

One thing to consider - make it as simple as possible. If you're just a new product you potential users might not have the patience to understand the limits and feature differences between the plans.
