Getting an 8 hour sleep, strictly resting on weekends, I treat that as my own time to catch up to whatever I want to do that I didn't manage to get done during workdays and ofcourse, spend time outside with family and friends. This is very important if you're a remote worker.

To learn any other language besides English and my local language. Multi-lingual people amazes me thats why I wish I've taken my French classes seriously back then. lol
One skill that you are most eager to learn or develop?

Not exactly 21 days, I would say it took me at least 1-2 months to develop a habit of taking 30-minute to 1-hour walks every day. Atomic Habits book by James Clear was a huge help for me to develop this healthy habit!
Have you tried developing a habit in 21 days?

I often use ChatGPT to improve my grammar and sentence construction whenever I'm writing something in English
How often or ever do you use ChatGPT, and do you benefit?

Same, I usually start the day by listing all of the tasks I only want to focus on today, then start taking them out one by one with the easiest task to accomplish first followed by the ones that needed more focus & thinking.
Do you start your day by doing the easiest task on your list or the hardest?
