After 20 years of private equity investing, I started Facta to help finance & accounting professionals spend their time analyzing data instead of preparing it. Our software provides financial data infrastructure for SaaS companies who are looking to have real time visibility into their financials and SaaS Metrics. I have invested in and managed companies representing enterprise value of $1.5B and worked on over $1B of company transactions. The investment firms I worked at managed over $4B collectively, investing primarily in middle market recurring revenue business in technology and related industries. I'm also passionate about education, and serve as Board President of Aim High, a Bay Area non-profit summer learning program that has serves over 2,000 students annually.
