Will check this out tomorrow, but the description is somewhat misleading. Flowtime Technique and pomodoro, while similar, are not the same. I feel like describing it as "pomodoro timer, just better" and then having a short description explaining why this is the case would make the whole concept a lot clearer imo.

Very interesting concept, how does this compare to tools like Rewind.ai? Is the difference just the use case or are the recordings just big in size? Does this also mean that backtrack automatically records everything up to 5 hours in the past, and if so how does this affect the battery? I like the idea, but if it comes at the cost of my battery life I will have to pass.
