I would say Wednesday and this is just because I read it on a blog though. if your product is a great one and it helps people solve a real problem; I honestly don't see the day you launch it as an hindrance. A lot of people have said somedays are competitive and some are not, but if truly you're launching a great product; then I really don't think your attention should be on the launch date...

If you have found product market fit which is when I believe a startup turns to a scaleup, then you would need to hire as fast as you can. Its time to hit the gas. It might be a new market your product is trying to create, so you should aim to dominate the new market you've just created. And please, try as much as you can to instill a great culture in your Company.
