I think you have to obscure certain things when building in a highly competitive market. Especially your next features. Regarding the copy cats, if you concept is that "easy" and people can just copy you quickly, maybe that wasn't a good concept at first? In any case, may the best execution win! Creating a business is a very competitive endeavor so that is expected.

That's a good question. I struggle a lot with this concept as I hate putting myself at the forefront.

Closed source models will try anything in their power to make their concept more valuable than open source models. I think it's plausible that open source models might replace chatgpt in a few years but for now OpenAI has the first mover advantage. A game changer would be running open source models on phones/iot devices

If everyone's a gamer, why not? I've bonded in the past with my colleagues over games. However, this might alienate those who don't play so you have to be careful with that. Also, some people don't want to mix work with pleasure so keep that in mind.
