Even at the free tier, you can still gain a lot of insights from your links. I only use it to track social media sources. The only thing that bugs me is that in my case Twitter source is not represented correctly - it falls under Email, SMS, etc. I get that a lot of people open twitter notifications through email on mobile, but I've had to cross reference google analytics to be sure.

I wish you could also use video on desktop...if you have a built-in camera, why not? But it is super useful. The one day I forgot my phone at home, I was still able to receive messages to my desktop because my phone it was synchronized and charged. Saved me having to make an additional trip.

I like that you can benchmark against competitors. The list building to segment by account type is really useful, too.
